APPLICANT'S RIGHTS:
— selection of the form and scheme of conformity assessment provided for certain types of products that meet the established requirements;
— the customer who wants to certify his products voluntarily chooses a certification body whose accreditation area is appropriate;
— Filing complaints to the accreditation center of Uzbekistan or other authorized organizations about illegal actions of certification bodies in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
— to get acquainted with the cost of procedures and services for product certification in the certification body chosen by him.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE APPLICANT:
— comply with the terms of the certification procedure and provide the relevant information necessary to assess the conformity of certified products;
— providing copies of relevant documents related to certification in accordance with certification schemes;
— ensuring the stability of indicators (characteristics) of products confirmed by a certificate of compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents;
— the introduction into circulation of products requiring mandatory certification after receiving a certificate of conformity;
— compliance with the established requirements when using conformity marks and mentions of product certification in the media;
— in case of suspension or termination of the certificate of conformity or declaration of conformity (with the exception of products put into circulation on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan during the validity period of the declaration of conformity or certificate of conformity), the organization of suspension or termination of the sale of goods in accordance with current legislation;
— to create all conditions for specialists of the certification body during production control or inspection control (in accordance with certification schemes);
— notify the product certification body in writing about the planned update (change) of the product, its design (content), production technology, test and control methods, acceptance rules;
— notification of the certification body of changes that may affect the fulfillment of requirements for conformity assessment facilities, including established certification schemes;
— suspension of production of products that have passed conformity assessment and do not comply with the requirements of regulatory documents, based on decisions of the competent state control (supervision) bodies;
— in case of suspension or cancellation of certificates of conformity, immediately stop using all advertising materials containing any information about certification and return all documents to the certification body upon request;
— not to damage the reputation of the certification body by using certified products or making any statements that may be considered misleading;
— take into account all complaints (claims) about certified products and immediately inform the certification body in writing about them, identify dangerous products and take appropriate measures.
